Story

CS Fitness was founded by Connor Sim – a 29-year-old coach who’s been exactly where you might be now: feeling stuck, overwhelmed by fitness trends, and unsure who or what to trust.

Connor didn’t grow up as an athlete or spend his childhood in the gym. He started just like many others – trying to get fit, chasing confidence, and battling the noise of fad diets, influencer workouts, and impossible expectations. But over time, through lifting, learning, and making every mistake in the book, something clicked. He discovered that fitness wasn’t just about building muscle or looking a certain way – it was about gaining control, building confidence, and showing up for yourself, day after day.

He built CS Fitness not to show off, but to show up – for people like you who are ready to take charge of their health without feeling judged, lost, or pressured to fit a mold.

This isn’t about quick fixes or chasing perfection.It’s about building strength that lasts. Mental strength. Physical strength. The kind of confidence that comes from putting in the work and seeing real change – not just in the mirror, but in your mindset, habits, and everyday life.
